These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3339bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 3339bet website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and the Company relating to the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited; (c) are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party; and (d) have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Company, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice, save that the Company will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via the email address registered on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge. You may only register one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. The Company reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts identified during the registration process or at any subsequent time.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account at 3339bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of the Company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by the Company for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you voluntarily through the Platform or by any external regulatory body.

2.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

2.3 KYC Verification

The Company is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification. Additionally, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Bangladesh) and proof of payment method ownership may be requested. The Company reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify the Company immediately at support@3339bet if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

2.5 Account Currency

All Account Balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

3339bet supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen to serve players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. The Company does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full; (c) the withdrawal must be to a payment method registered in your own name; and (d) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your Account.

The Company will use reasonable efforts to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal timelines are subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times.

3.4 Withdrawal Limits

The Company reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits from time to time, including applying enhanced limits for verified high-volume players and VIP tier members of the Rewards Programme.

All bets placed on the 3339bet Platform are subject to these general Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once the Platform has confirmed the bet and issued a bet receipt. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a loss of internet connection or a technical error — shall be treated as void. The Company reserves the right to decline any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed the maximum stake for a particular market.

4.2 Odds and Prices

All odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance are the odds that shall apply to that bet. For live in-play betting markets — including all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed.

4.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the original stake returned to your Account in the following circumstances: (a) a match or event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours; (b) an obvious pricing or manifest error in the odds is identified; (c) the Company determines that a bet was placed in circumstances that constitute fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a software error; or (d) any other circumstance set out in the applicable sport-specific rules.

4.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings caps apply to each sport and market category. These caps are published on the relevant market pages and may be updated from time to time. The Company reserves the right to limit winnings on any single bet or combination of bets where it reasonably believes that extraordinary winnings would result from a manifest error or from circumstances outside the normal operation of the market.

4.5 Integrity of Sport

3339bet is committed to the integrity of sporting competition. Any Player found to be placing bets based on inside information, engaging in match-fixing, or participating in any scheme intended to manipulate sporting outcomes will have their Account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant sporting body and authorities.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who: (a) have completed account registration and KYC verification; (b) have not previously self-excluded or requested account closure; (c) hold an Account in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags; and (d) meet any specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms (for example, minimum deposit amounts or specific payment method requirements).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus (for example, 30x, 40x, or 50x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the applicable time limit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and have commenced wagering at the time of any modification will be treated in accordance with the terms applicable at the time they claimed the bonus.

As a registered Player at 3339bet, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without that person's full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with the support team.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any prohibited activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform software or payment systems for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Company staff or other players through any channel, including live chat and email.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account, or accessing or using another player's Account.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any content from the Platform without the Company's express written permission.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any Account at any time. If a breach of these obligations is identified, the Company may take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

7.1 Suspension by the Company

An Account may be suspended — meaning that deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity are temporarily restricted — where: (a) the Company has initiated a review of Account activity for compliance, fraud, or KYC purposes; (b) a Player dispute or chargeback has been raised in relation to the Account; or (c) the Company has received a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the Account. During suspension, no new bets may be placed and no withdrawals will be processed until the review is completed.

7.2 Closure by the Company

An Account may be permanently closed where the Company determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure for cause, any remaining real-money Balance will be reviewed by the compliance team; where funds are determined to be legitimately earned from lawful play, they will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to AML checks being satisfied.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team at support@3339bet. Before closing your Account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, and any unredeemed Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Account closure requests will be actioned within five (5) business days of receipt.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3339bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

8.1 Platform Availability

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. The Company will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime, particularly during major live cricket events such as BPL and IPL fixtures, but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe), and data feeds. The Company is not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party services and accepts no liability for any resulting losses to Players.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The Company operates the Platform as a service directed at the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
